Half-Day Mindfulness Retreat for Depression and Anxiety

RetreatFlyer.jpeg

Looking for new ways to work with your depression and anxiety? Through immersion in 4.5 hours of mindfulness and yoga, presented with our 20 years of combined clinical knowledge, we hope to introduce you to a new way of being and healing.

This retreat will be held in “noble silence,” or without speech, a long-practiced way to contribute to mental calming and the ability to shine mindful light on what is occurring in the present. By allowing ourselves to be in silence, we deepen awareness, and connect with ourselves and others in a way that our busy lives rarely allow.

Instruction will focus on strengthening mindfulness of the experiences of body and mind, through sitting and walking meditation, and yoga. You will also gain tangible practices for how to work with troublesome thoughts and feelings when they arise. The small group atmosphere (no more than 6-8 participants) will allow for individualized attention and guidance.
